This seems to be moving on pretty fast. Phase 1 is only 6 floors which will, I think, see it topping out below the height of the red-brick wing to the south and probably see the structure done by early 2025.

It was cut to 2 storeys at one point, did they find the money to get it back to six?

I was relying on the UT thread header. In short,(pun intended!!) it may NOT be going to 6 floors but I seem to remember there was an announcement that the STRUCTURE would still go to 6 even if there is no money to fit out floors above Emerg.
