Maybe it's a two story building that's 6 stories high. Not sure what a hospital wing will do with two stacked gymnasiums, but hey...anything goes these days.

SMH has confirmed it will (at least initially) be TWO floors and look like:
"The new Shuter rebuild will initially be two storeys, but it will have structural and service provisions in place to support an additional 15 storeys, which would match the height of the adjacent 17-storey Cardinal Carter wing."

MODS. You probably need to adjust the number of floors from 6 to 2. (I think there may be 4 below grade but .....
