Back on topic. Can't wait to see this one rise and fill in the void between Scotia and BA.
Considering you seem to find excitement in watching buildings rise, I don't think many jays fans will take your opinion too seriously ;)
 
Yes...this got very off topic. Enough with the stupid rumours.
Anyways, does anybody have a rough gestimation as to when we will start to see this one come out of the ground? Also, I'm guessing it won't rise nearly as quick as B/A did 1) because it's taller and 2) it probably won't be built in the same manner (i.e. concrete core and steel support beams around it.) I'm assuming the floors will be constructed in a method similar to RBC.
 
I would imagine that the speed of construction would be comparable to the Ritz. Concrete core and floor. It also has a relatively small floor plate.
