Does anybody know why Emporis lists this tower at only 257m? (making it the 4th instead of 2nd tallest building in Toronto). I thought that this was due to not counting the spire's height, but from what I understand, they count any spire that is structurally part of the building (which is the case here), and not just a simple add on (in FCP's case). Another discrepancy that I've noticed is Four Season's height, which is listed at 190m, far less than the actual >200m height
Are these mistakes on their part or is there more to it than what I'm seeing?

This is a mistake by Emporis. The official height to the tip of the structural spire was confirmed by forum member wopchop who is working on the tower and has access to construction drawings ( see page 410 )

The slab of L58 is at 231.845.

The L59 roof is at 236.505.

The base of the roof spire is 252.035.

The top of the roof spire is 276.885

Simply mistakes on their part, nothing more. Emporis is less dependable than any other official source. Emporis does not conform to the CTBUH or are not up to date on the heights for 17 out of Canada's 60 tallest buildings;
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tallest_buildings_in_Canada

Perhaps the most glaring error is how they list the RBC center as being 208m - the exact same height as the Ritz. One only needs a working pair of eyes and a clear view of the city to prove otherwise.

I forgot to post this with the other photo that I posted yesterday. This one shows Scotia Plaza and gives some perspective.

And in this pic below, did anyone notice they installed a spire at Trump?... with a Canadian flag atop?... Trump's contribution to Canada:

Indeed ^^^, a stunning day for photography!... weird you have these periods in time where you can't see any physical vertical progress (rebar, etc...) being formed on an important (transfer?) floor like level 56. I've always known that these floors take longer, but never quite understood why we have these "flat" periods. what are they doing at this point in time? (laying out the new columns?)

EDIT:

Random vid from yesterday:

Fantastic shots Steveve! We should be hiring you instead of the professional photographer we have! Ha! Thanks for sharing these!

Probably while Steveve was shooting this video yesterday, I was looking at Trump from the west side of Bay.

A delightful surprise! There is an interplay of all elevations on east side of Bay, from Richmond south to King, and the result is a real sing-song. It's a great achievement.

The architect of Trump took all surroundings into account and worked with them. Try this yourselves: stand just outside FCP at King/Bay, and look north. You may even observe that the controversial south side of Trump takes some cues from various elevations along Bay.

Steveve you rocked that update! I really like the processing you did on this one. It's not overdone and the colours just POP, without looking all HDR-idiculous. Well done.

Can anyone explain what is meant by "transfer floor"? And what is the process involved with this/what does it have to do with the timing of completion of these floors? Thanks :)

A transfer floor is where the floor plate changes, and sometimes the columns as well. So the floor needs to be thicker, to carry the weight that will be above it more evenly. I don't have the technical speak for you, but that's all I know.
