Once it was being built I wasn't really impressed with the design but I thought that was unfair and waited til it was complete to pass my judgement. Well turns out I was wrong, where once I was unimpressed I am offended by such an unsightly structure which couldn't have done worse at the street level if it tried.

This was a very tight site to work with. Parking and access ramps were always going to eat into the small floor plate. I'm not really sure what could have been done differently, except maybe car/truck elevators?
