It's nice that the curves of the mechanical penthouse follow the curves of the tower. That shows that the mechanical penthouse wasn't a total afterthought.

My only gripe is that it has a slightly blueish tint, especially when seen directly behind 411 Church, like in the first pic in the post with the pix above. I wish it was solidly white. Otherwise, it's a great building.

Less obvious but equally awful is the renovation of the TCHB building next to it. Large white spandrels on a vintage 60s/70s brick building just don’t work. At least it’s a pretty small building that’s kind of hidden by the new towers.
 
June 17, 2020 - In person, I’ve noticed a lot of dirty/mismatched/damaged balcony railings, which aren't apparent in photos. Hopefully, it’s just dirt that’ll get cleaned off and if there are mismatched/damaged panels, they’ll get replaced.
