One thing I like about the Menkes developer's towers is that they make a visual impact from afar. By using deep coloured curtain wall glass etc with light colored balconies. Just like the Harbour Plaza Residents towers do lol! So far not bad with these two cowhide looking condos and the LCBO towers seen in the photos up above!
