Could also be the broader reality that glass is multiple years away from tender, shop drawings, production, delivery, and installation when renders are created. No defense of The Well or any other given project here, but this issue is nowhere near as easy as people are making it seem here.

I love the massing of the podium but this is looking extremely boring so far - without the proposed fins on the curtainwall section it just feels flat and lifeless. I was hoping they would be added at a later time but it doesn't look like any brackets have been installed to support them.
 
The problem with Daniels tower is they didn't finish the mechanical rooftop property to complete the bullseye theme . And the windows should have been a dark mirrored iron oxide glass that pops on sunsets and sunrises. But the balcony bullseye attitude seems to look pretty unique in my opinion .
 
The problem with Daniels atrocities is their colour, shape and messiness of the exterior that makes them look like the equivalent of architectural vomit while destroying classic skyline shots in the process. I will forever be bitter over the East Bayfront and what its done to our waterfront skyline.
