Does anyone know more about which tennats will occupy this building other than the Sunlife (anchor) and HOOPP? As per Bisnow (see below) that only one floor remains vacant. I know that Cancer Care Ontario (crown agency of ministry of health) has about 1000 employees and we're looking for space - this was one of the locations rumoured. Anyone know anything?

It's a perfect spot for a Canadian Tire Store. Everyone downtown needs hardware and housewares, cleaning products, car repair, DOI furniture etc. etc.

I only hope it doesn't become Walmart.
