When complete, it will look a fair bit taller than Ïce East from your vantage point, but will in fact be 3 feet/1 metre shorter!

That cluster is going to be devastating from your perspective when the Yonge towers are finally developed. It's such a premium location for skyscraper geeking.

A friend of mine speculated that the indentations could represent a coded message of some kind. :)
 
Yes, the message on the first tower reads "aA knocked these out of the ballpark", while the east tower reads "Tryna rain, tryna rain on the thunder".
