Was at Mount Sinai last week and I must say that as much as I love this project, seeing the mechanical levels left the way they look is very disappointing! A little bit more creativity with tower crown would of completed this nicely....ohh well.

Pure Fitness opened yesterday. It's located on the third floor.
The escalator to reach the third floor is massive. There's also an enterance to another commercial space up here:

whats with the microscopic living rooms? I thought my living room was small in my 1bed.. those are tiny. Even in the 2 bedroom units. The bedrooms are bigger than the living rooms.
