I'm not necessarily a fan of Winners at this location either, but will let the market decide if they can do well here. Initially I had my doubts about the Dollarama's at Spadina/Adelaide and King W/Portland. But they seem to be doing fine.

Would have preferred to see something along the lines of an urban format Ikea though.

So Target got replaced by Winners ... yeah thats a downgrade.
It depends on the Winners store, if this store is part of their Runaway events you can find brand names like Gucci, Valentino, Giorgio Armani, Ferragamo, D'Square, Christian Dior, Etro, D&G, Manolo Blahnik, Fendi, Christian Louboutin ... according to my wife, who is constantly hunting for shoes and clothing

There was question earlier about if the lights on the top of Harbour Plaza are working yet. It appears that 88 Harbour is fully working, while 100 Harbour is intermittent (which makes sense as 100 is a few months behind 88.)

Like two little torches. Subtly but I like it. Hopefully it will be more than just the one colour!
