Have I got news for you...420 units is an adequate density. It's less than half what is being proposed on the other side of Bayview. I don't see proposed plan being built

You're saying these won't be upzoned to something, unfortunately, similar to what has been proposed across the street? I don't see the appeal of the tall towers with minimal spacing across the street versus the plan here. I lived in my shared of tall towers with the advantage of wide suite layouts, great urban or panoramic views, and sufficient number of elevators per 100 homes. It makes my interpretation of the above post biased that not a lot of consideration is given to the occupiers of these proposed buildings when talking about clustering highly dense tall towers around subway stations. These densities do fill subways proving the capital investment in building Line 5Have I got news for you...
