This slow sucker will finally see owners move in either late Q1 or Q2 2024. Was expecting to to see this more completed since my last visit, but sadly not.

Latest update: occupancy is now March 2024. Almost there! (I think)

Still being worked on but close.

PDIs are starting this week and the interim occupancy is starting the first week of May.
Much of the common elements are still unfinished. From what I heard, the reason why work has been going on at such a snail’s pace is because of all of the cost overruns the builder had to hire a relatively small crew working at their own non-prioritized schedule to save on cost.

Is this up to code? Sprinker seems pretty close to light fixture.

during pdi, the area around the light fixture have water around it and the light does not turn on


Is that a leak in the corner ceiling with the different color between the paint?
