Construction seems to be very slow on this site. I live nearby, and there’s hardly any work going on during the day. Does anyone know if the completion date is still targeting around April 2021?

The development may have been sold to another developer, which is odd as work has just started and Phantom Developments seems to be still convinced that the project will move forward without any other complications. Not a good sign as the building has been completely sold a long time ago.
I will let you know the details once I know the full story.

Hi Everyone, I am interested in buying a unit in the Jade condos, but it is facing the south, which is directed towards the tea garden condos. I was wondering if someone can tell me if there's a major influence to the Jade condos.

Better to wait until May or June to shoot the site as you will not get any real good shot until it nears grade with the fencing in the way now.
