who would have thought that Lanterra would do a better job than GreatGulf(so far). this is turning out way better than Young and Rich condos.

The wait for the podium cladding is killing me. That's gonna make or break this development.

@TossYourJacket was referring to the brick treatment being applied on the north portion of the lot (under the translucent tarp), not the above-grade parking structure.

Chances are the ground level will receive something unique at the expense of the balconies which will be V-E'd out.
