Might be one of those borderline "trust me bro" moments but I just received a text message from a real estate brokerage firm indicating that they plan to begin construction here this Fall lol

I side hustle money by doing what I do to try and stay ahead and max min on groceries. But yes, we are all Margaret Atwoods in their eyes!
 
Still no NOAC; still no build related permits in place.

Fall would seem ambitious. But not impossible........

...they gotta remove the structures that are already there first.

(Hope they don't turn it into a surface parking lot while waiting for the sales to kick like was done kitty corner to this. That would be really insulting. >.<)
 
Can confirm they are aiming for fall. Still, it's very tight.
