6546 McLeod Road: an under construction 3-storey stacked townhouse designed by Organica Studio for Build Up Development Co. on the south side of McLeod Road, west of Wilson Crescent and east of Merritt Avenue in the Drummond Heights neighbourhood of Niagara Falls.

I am admittedly too lazy to figure out how to look up Niagara Falls planning documents to help locate the site and name a new thread, maybe @Paclo could look into it?
