Scaffolding is up so they can insulate the underside of the "cantilevered" space. Also much of the landscaping has now been completed.

The POPS space is nearly done, along with the tower. Really enjoying the little details on this one.
Did little happy hops when I noticed a train coming, great photo of new density and trains!
With the overhang now sealed and lit up, you can get a sense of the POPS below and it's really quite inviting. Lighting is great at night, without being overboard.
Plantings and a better sense of scale.
The poles do look a little wrinkly though with that down lighting, someone needs to iron out their shirt.
The back POPS either doesn't have lighting or hasn't been turned on yet. Here you get some nice pops of colour, including this inclined thing you can climb. Makes the art piece feel a little less silly.
The bins are a nice touch, they look classy, though somewhat small.

This one has been complete for a while, think the photos above capture it pretty well. Same goes for the other two threads you commented on. Both finished, however after my exams (so early December) I may be able to take a trek downtown and update all the threads with new photos
