Still not 100% sure how this one is being built, but I assume they are simply extending the concrete (core and walls) upwards above the existing structure? This one seems a bit different than 488 University.

The new structure built to the east here completes the street wall on Wellesley nicely.

I definitely agree, it's a nice continuous flow along Wellesley.

I wonder what the thinking behind this project was.

"Beton brut is ugly. We should reclad it entirely in spandrel glass."
