I'd completely forgotten until having another look at the database entry just now that there are multiple retail units coming at-grade here, which is obviously great. This stretch has been a hot mess for years, so it'll be super nice when this and 1Thousand Bay are all wrapped up and have retailers at their bases.
 
Height corrected as per architectural drawings filed for the Site Plan Application. 142 m is the correct roof height.

That puts The Britt to a tie with the Caddilac Fairview Tower at spot 165.

While it remains to be seen how the tower cladding will turn out, I'd say the new podium is definitely much better than what it used to be.
