No reflecting pool? The rendering had one which looked awesome. Too bad they cheaped out on this feature. Also the lobby completely is different as advertised, very small.

Would be great to see someone successfully sue a builder over faulty renderings. Maybe they'd stop with the okie doke.

A couple shots from yesterday, from both street level and above:

That second one is shot over the top of Flat Iron Lofts, and from there you can see appliances sitting in the units awaiting installation. Many of the suites are occupied in this building now. Looking forward to things happening at ground level!

Definitely an improvement to this intersection, but I wish that the brick pattern was the entire facade.

I ride my bike by along Dundas every day, and I have to say, this development has really grown on me. One of my favourite aspects of the design is the way the facade is broken up into several different sections. This prevents it from feeling overbearing and boring. Hopefully there is some good retail in the base.

That's pretty much my view when I step out my front door. That corner has gone from windswept wasteland to urban hub in just a few years. One of the best patios in Leslieville and some of the best midsize projects all in one area of the city. I wish they had used curtain wall as hinted in the render but it's still turned out nice. Under the over hangs they've installed outdoor heaters so I think the space along Carlaw might have some restaurant or bars moving in. All that's left now is for the north west corners wedge shaped property to be developed. It could even handle something in the 20-25 storey range.

Haha I feel stupid. Until about two days ago I thought this was a part of the development next door. Oh well, I like them both!
