We'll know more soon, but I believe there's quite a bit of street-level retail coming here.

There are more proposals in the area. It will change over the coming years (and I believe that stretch of Dufferin is being repaved in 2013: it really needs it).

Being a buyer in this development and lighthaus by Great Gulf being built just North on Dufferin, I am optimistic about what's happening in the area. Enough to call it home in 2014. Hope it all pans out well!

You beat me.

The crane on site is for 8 Gladstone, but can be use for the first phase of this project.

If the crane is used for this phase, it will block the view of the units beside it as well being very close to them.

They are still in the early stage of excavation for the south area and still have to go down some more.

I noticed that a temporary parking lot has been set up on Peel for the residents of 2 Gladstone. Their parking garage seems to be closed for construction/repair (perhaps from the storm/flood from last week?).
