The coloured glass on the balcony is a great touch! Not a fan of the project in general but the black brick with the coloured glass is a good aesthetic.

I'm really surprised I thought for sure that was just some effect to add pazzaz to the renderings.

I love admiring the top 4-5 storeys as they float above the rest of the kensington fabric. Well done.

I contacted tribute as a nosy neighbor to welcome them to the area and poke around.
I should mention I have to look at the College at the foot of my street every day.
Rest assured the undersides of the balconies will eventually be painted.

Those are fairly deep flanges which have been attached to the front wall. The renderings give no clue as to how this area will ultimately be clad.
