Does anyone know who's developing this?
In my wet dreams it would be another Mizrahi masterpiece but it looks quite bland in the elevation drawing, awkward proportions aside.

In all of that article, there's no explanation of why trees would have to come down in a park for this building. If that's the crux of the issue, then explain it in the story for goodness sake…
