EOY Update:

No camera to record the site, but it appears as if excavation work is well underway. The transformation of lower Kerr Village will take a significant step with this build.

I'm not 100% sure but I believe there is a crane onsite, I saw one in the area from the QEW today and there aren't any other active developments in the vicinity.

Did it just go up. There is a crane downtown that occupies a prominent position. Around the corner from Knox.

I haven't seen this one before so I think it recently went up, and it was definitely located near Kerr St. from where I saw it today.
