The mid-block passageway between King and Front streets that will be accessible to the public is visible from Front Street close to the CIBC branch now that the scaffolding is down.
It is where the hoist was and has been visible, more or less, for many months. Certainly easier to see now, from both Front and King.
 
I could be wrong but it seemed to me that I saw furniture on the lower levels last night.

But on the 12th floor, could be the makings of workstations, though it seems premature as I don't believe the carpeting has gone in yet...

Can't wait to see them move in ! I'd like to see the old Globe n Mail property get developed. That project is going to look sharp when it's finished. As well as this one is.

Yeah, because every single light in the building is left on 24/7, even when no work is happening.
Apparently this is because the lighting is being tested and it should get its final tweaks in next few days.
