Why is that so important? There are more skylines than great urban centres out there.

It's more than tall enough for the community. Personally, I think it's far too large too. The offsets and coloured cladding only accentuate the bulbous form.

Ha, actually yesterday I was reading on here about the signage going up and it was several minutes before it occurred to me to turn around and look out the window, and sure enough, there is was.
