It is funny how much better this looks in the renders compared to practice.

Render people definitely earn their keep.

This just keeps getting better and better (except for the "heritage" portion, which is a bit of a miss for me).

It is far from invisible, though some of us are probably wishing it was invisible:

I've been loving almost every aspect of this project but the glazing for Level 2/3/4 of the stone portion doesn't look as great as the capless windows in the higher floors of the stone-clad tower. A small complaint but I wonder why that same curtainwall couldn't have been used down below. The heritage portion also isn't super compelling but at least it contributes to the variation of the streetscape.
