This a huge hit imo. Too bad cresford went under. Many of their projects were extremely promising

I would say somewhat promising to some, but Halo on Yonge is a stinker. Their Yorkville project couldve been nice, but bland.

Very neat how this perspective gives us a great view of the step-back guidelines in action, with the top half of Clover and the north tower or Teahouse lining up almost perfectly!

Small inconsequential detail: I wish they had used the same high quality glazing for the precast podium section on the north corner... the window wall glass there really looks out of place. Can't imagine it would've cost that much more for only 3-4 stories on one side of the building

It really is horrible, and so inferior to the rest of the materials that it really ruins that entire elevation for me.
