K, I’m confused. I went back to check the forum posts as the project page offers nothing to combat it here- but this looks like the podium is going to an 8th floor… every diagram has shown 6. They just forget to stop? Should I go tell them?

This is the podium end, not the tower. What am I missing?

Those windows look slick - looks like this will also be real masonry and not panels...

I hope they go with a more bright rustic red brick since this is kind of in Distillery District proper. I'm a bit worried that aA will default to Endicott Medium Ironspot 46 which is what they used on Cherry and Maple house - having a 5th building using the same brick stock in such close proximity is maybe a bit much. Variety please!
