"A massive three-tower proposal was okayed at Niagara Falls City Council this week.
In the end, the 7.4 acre property at 6880 Stanley Avenue will see a giant base between three and five storeys for all three towers.
The southern most tower will be a building with a height of 39 storeys (145 metres) with 404 apartment dwelling units.
The middle tower will be a building with a height of 60 storeys (225 metres) with 362 dwelling units and 258 hotel rooms.
The northern most tower will be a building with a height of 45 storeys and 190 metres with 254 dwelling units and 250 hotel rooms.
With residents are unhappy with the size of the development, they missed their opportunity to object. At a neighbourhood open house, held back on October 12, 2021 and fully attended by the applicant, applicant’s planners and consultants, only five residents showed up."
