"A massive three-tower proposal was okayed at Niagara Falls City Council this week.

In the end, the 7.4 acre property at 6880 Stanley Avenue will see a giant base between three and five storeys for all three towers.

The southern most tower will be a building with a height of 39 storeys (145 metres) with 404 apartment dwelling units.

The middle tower will be a building with a height of 60 storeys (225 metres) with 362 dwelling units and 258 hotel rooms.

The northern most tower will be a building with a height of 45 storeys and 190 metres with 254 dwelling units and 250 hotel rooms.

With residents are unhappy with the size of the development, they missed their opportunity to object. At a neighbourhood open house, held back on October 12, 2021 and fully attended by the applicant, applicant’s planners and consultants, only five residents showed up."

For a development that was supposed to be a pie in the sky. They even added more floors to this project and passed it through council lol. And another development called The Stanley District on Ferry st and Stanley Avenue. Which is seen on the first page of this blog. Comprising of three towers has just added more floor count to its two smaller towers on August 9th city council meeting. To 16 storeys from 7 and 14 storeys from 6. The third tower's hieght remains at 30 storeys. Which is pretty dense for that location not having a good view of the Falls. P.S someone should create a page for this development. With sales already commencing on the first 16 storey tower!

NIAGARA FALLS, CANADA, DUBAI, UAE - Three Bridges Properties (group) Corp., a Canadian real estate development company, and owner of the last development site offering a direct water view of Niagara Falls has revealed its intentions of forging a potential partnership with a Dubai-based development company to help complete its plan to develop a cultural-tourism project offering a spectacular picturesque view of the 7th wonder of the World.

According to the company's senior officials, the lion mega mix-used complex will consist of a hotel, shopping mall, museum, theme park, dining facilities, wellness center, shared offices, and condo residences, to name a few. In line with this, Three Bridges Group, which has long been fascinated with the advanced vision, design and on-time deliveries of UAE-based development groups, is looking to partner with a local development group to help bring Dubai’s signature and stamp on an international undertaking.

Could someone fix the location name of this blog from Toronto (The great Falls) to Niagara Falls (The great Falls). I thought this was another tower being in Toronto lol!

If people take such issue with Dubai developers, then they should have the same issue any time a state owned Chinese firm comes in and builds stuff, just saying.

Putting the Dubai issue aside, the fact that they're looking for such a partnership here clearly signals they're serious about this project, and probably not looking to VE either.

Dubai may be built on the backs of slave labour but it does know how to do tourism, which in the limited context in which that pertains to NF is most certainly a positive.

These are not blogs, they are threads. If you're asking about the URL, sorry, the software requires toronto to be there unfortuantely.

talk all you want, you cant beat the Dubai life.
Yeah if you're an Emirati citizen, all of whom are provided with cradle to grave care, but only about a quarter of the population are citizens and they're not accepting PR applications lol

Edit: it's more like one tenth of the population are citizens. And you thought Canada imported cheap labour like no tomorrow!
