Yeah this is a winner imo. Material mix is great: Red brick precast podium, nice white precast on the tower and excellent window glazing.
Sorta classy... especially when compared to the many spandrel-infested mistakes south of Dundas (the worst being right at Dundas..at Church ;-).

The Hampton is almost complete. Will not be surprised if tower crane is removed next weekend.

Yesterday. It seems as if the crane will be dismantled come Wednesday, the street is closed for two days starting tomorrow.
