It's an interesting contemporary townhouse development at first glance. However, do they have to repeat the same colours for each block of the development? It looks monotonous.

If there's one thing I miss about historicism in the 1990s and 2000s in subdivision design, it's the variations in colour from home to home. It takes a bit longer to design the subdivision because the builder/architect has to ensure that the variations in colour are harmonious with one another, but it looks more organic and interesting.
