Seems such a waste to not go higher on the Queensway.

Height on the Queensway is currently dictated by site frontage. 8s is permitted if the frontage exceeds approximately 77' (if memory serves me correctly).
It seems odd to penalise smaller sites by permitting less height - particularly considering the heights permitted are extremely modest.

That's definitely an interesting approach to regulating height; although it seems strange. I had thought that typically it was governed by the width of the street right-of-way, which makes a bit more sense if you're thinking about the street hierarchy and the sun/shading effects that the development will have on the ground floor retail.

How can you not like Teeple? even with just the glazing installed we know it's going to be a standout

From yesterday. Too bad it wasn't bigger but a good start on a Queensway that's slowly starting to improve. Was also impressed the way IQ hits the street (sorry no pics).
