Builder Sayf Hassan of Symmetry Developments believes that this area of The Queensway has the potential to become another Bloor West Village, and that this building could be a pioneer in the transformation. As someone who lives close and who already knows about some fine eating in the area - Italian, Portuguese, Japanese restaurants mostly, including the amazing Sushi Kaji, one of the very best sushi restaurants in the country, I believe that with both care and daring (I think this design exhibits both), the Symmetry dream for this area can come true. Oh yeah: gourmet food shop Max's Market promises to open across the street soon, plus an 18-screen Cineplex is just a short walk to the west. Life wouldn't be so bad for urban "pioneers" here!
