The orange and white cladding are a great combination of colours. The building really pops!

New rendering posted in support of Site Plan Approval. Looks like the fenestration has changed a bit in the image below, but the architectural plans are still using the rendering PMT posted, so not quite sure which version is current:

TAS provides updates on its Toronto developments

Construction is scheduled to start on The Keeley, which borders Downsview Parkat 3100 Keele St. in North York, this summer. More than 60 per cent of its condo suites have been sold.

Three new levels have been added to the south tower and there are two new floor configurations in the east tower to accommodate demand. Lake-facing suites were released for sale on Feb. 23.
