Looks like they fixed the description in the maps per my suggestion :)

This area will be quite dense and animated in a few years...

Oooooh, I like how this would look. At the moment, the site, being undeveloped land that was used for a sewage pond, really looks out of place with the area, but if this is built, It would definitely be a huuuge difference for the area, especially since that corner is less than welcoming for pedestrians it seems.
 
Public information session scheduled for June 27th from 7-9pm @ Vic Johnson Arena, 335 Church Street, Streetsville.

Looks like there are some changes to the proposal:

1> 22 storey apartment building with commercial uses on the first two floors (364 units)
2> 25 storey apartment building; no commercial uses proposed (276 units)
3> 36 storey apartment building with commercial uses on the third and fourth floors (363 units)
All 1,375 parking spaces will be provided underground.

The site is designated "Residential High Density" and "Greenlands" under the Central Erin Mills Major Node Character Area in the Official Plan. It is zoned "RA5-37" (Apartment Dwellings - Exception) which permits two 25 storey apartment, long-term care and/or retirement dwellings.

Those are impressive looking concept designs that would make a bold design statement in central Erin Mills. The proposed landscaping is very impressive as well!
