Looks like there are some changes to the proposal:
1> 22 storey apartment building with commercial uses on the first two floors (364 units)
2> 25 storey apartment building; no commercial uses proposed (276 units)
3> 36 storey apartment building with commercial uses on the third and fourth floors (363 units)
All 1,375 parking spaces will be provided underground.
The site is designated "Residential High Density" and "Greenlands" under the Central Erin Mills Major Node Character Area in the Official Plan. It is zoned "RA5-37" (Apartment Dwellings - Exception) which permits two 25 storey apartment, long-term care and/or retirement dwellings.
