The brick (veneer?) displays quite an evident amount of discolouration and patchiness already. Hope they revisit that and perform some quality control before this becomes a finished product.

The architecture is borg-like and heavy-handed on the spandrel execution, but overall expected considering the proponents involved. I'm generally fine with the massing and it does contribute density in a somewhat under-developed area. My biggest issue remains with the apparent discolouration on the black cladding material on the lower half of the building though, which they haven't quite fully addressed yet.
