Hmmm...I'm rather liking this one. Compare to Chelsea hotel. Compare to Lucliff place. Compare to the condos across the street. This one shines in comparison. Ok unhappy nay sayers have your say ;-)
 
Compared with YC which has a similar look with contrasting sections of dark and light glazing, this is much better so far. At least the window wall has contrasting dark and light glass, spandrel and mullions whereas YC so far only has awful grey mullions and spandrel. It seems that YC is relying on only the balcony glass for its variation while this project is also using contrasting window wall.

They are testing paint colours for the underside of balconies on the north side.

I don't think they are testing colours for the underside of balconies. From what I could tell, the colour varies according to that of the glass.
