Compared with YC which has a similar look with contrasting sections of dark and light glazing, this is much better so far. At least the window wall has contrasting dark and light glass, spandrel and mullions whereas YC so far only has awful grey mullions and spandrel. It seems that YC is relying on only the balcony glass for its variation while this project is also using contrasting window wall.

I can't give this project much praise. Cladding is a mish mash. Nice window wall...clunky spandrelized podium. Okay balcony material....clunky podium shape.

Indeed! Individual design elements maybe ok - but it doesn't gel together. The impression so far is clunkyness.
