It's a bit of a stretch, but I think Kingston Road might be on the table for the next major TTC line, likely LRT. The amount of development along the entire stretch is remarkable.

Jane, Eglinton East and Waterfront East are next in line for LRT. Kingston might get the RapidTO BRT lanes extended in a few years.

Bah, I'm too tired to try and make a pun off this things name. I took this a few hours ago whilst geocaching.
They're actively working on this site and it's rather dusty around here...I guess they're past shoring now as I saw a dump truck being loaded at the site entrance on Kingston.
