New site plan application on Mississauga's website. Looks like the block where the Solutions store used to be. This would likely be the first of several office blocks Oxford has planned along Centre View Dr.. Interesting to see them moving forward with an office block here so early given the office market in the area. 19 storeys is fairly larger for a suburban office block, too.

Thanks! So they plan to build a new east-west street between Centre View and Rathburn? As far as I know it is not in the City's plans. Oxford has also not submitted a master plan to my knowledge.

This will be transformative for Mississauga. What they've dubbed 'The Strand' looks like a proper city.
