Yes HMV is holding out which threatens full realization of the plan. Are the owners based in Toronto? They must be sitting on a generous profit. Very dissapointing.

...bronze exoskeleton makes it look like it's an old building which has rusted over time.
This is the exact reason why I love the building. We need more use of Corten steel and the like in new builds.
Lightning red? A little red goes a long way...should be used sparingly. Look to Picasso for the way that red should be used well. We wouldn't want an eyesore here.

and I don't like the color scheme. the exoskeleton should be lightning red and the glass should be black. bronze exoskeleton make it look like its an old building which has rusted over time.
