Seeing this thing up close for the first time since it was about 75~100m. I was really suprised by how pretty and tall it's getting
Note: i know the dark glass isnt everyones thing but personally i think it ads a bit of personality, definitely would've preferred the gold ish look tho

In my non professional opinion I'd say The One is at about 265~270 meters right now which would make it taller than Td trust tower
That would make it the city's 5th tallest skyscraper

Funny... I was just about to post these when I saw Briggs' post above!

Here is the view from the Wallace Street bridge, near Bloor and Dundas (north of Roncy), the first view is from Sunday (Nov. 24, 2024), the second is from Oct. 29, 2023 (also a Sunday)! Of course, 1 Bloor W isn't the only tower rising in these shots!

It's not actually skinny! It has quite a large floorplate. It just looks svelte because of its height.
