There was still some of it around (with the lighting element burnt out, of course) when I moved here in 2001.

Given the cars in the image and the fact that Manulife is about a third the way up there, I'd say this is late 1972 / early 1973.
Yeah, the boats-on-wheels thing screams early 70's here, lol.
