The ceiling design requires some further refinement:

I looked to see if @Benito was taking pics at the same time, but I didn't see anyone dangling off their balcony precariously, camera-in-hand. So......apparently not.

Call me crazy but those exterior columns look so cool exposed like that. Sad to see them get gradually covered up.

Looks like the new super columns are reaching to Level 7 which is the first floor of hotel suites. The craziness of angled steel below that (Level 5) will be a double height floor used for Hotel storage (baggage, food and beverage), Level 6 has both residential interior amenities and hotel interior amenities and Level 7 and beyond will be standard floor heights (except any mechanical floors and penthouses).

Never noticed these day/night cladding images from the database before. Guess they are out-of-date since recent images of the 309m tower don’t appear to have the same “channel” vertical exterior elements seen here.

Edit - just realized the 'channels' are also absent from Sam's "cladding mock-up" press event.

Never noticed before but just to the left of the building, in the distance, you can see the actual building site!
Good catch... this must be a rendering of phase 2 located near Avenue Road.

The night rendering is even more bizarre. Looking to the left, it's as if you're looking NE from the lower CN Tower pod (FCP in view). To the right is from somewhere else I can't make out, but looks like a mashup of various images
