When they pour the pool base is it extra rebar? Thicker slab? How do they handle the weight of the water?

So it looks like they're pouring the columns only for the first event space level, probably followed by the roof of this level. And then rinse and repeat for the second event space level.
It's going to be a while before they get to the massive transfer slab pour.
