Not sure if this has been asked, but what is the rationale behind the uber fast completion work on the base, when they are so early in the construction process?
I was blown away to see glass up already.
It's great to see, but I was really surprised and it feels like parts of the base could open in 2022 way before the tower is anywhere close to topping out.

So, we all know how slow this is going, but my concern is whether this slow speed is in the timeline, and allows for the construction budgeting to work? I wish i could look at the proforma so badly here.

To my understanding, there are very few exceptions when it comes building something on time and under budget. Especially for a project of this magnitude. However, I'm not sure in retrospect why this is concern to us lay observers when they will most likely get built regardless...including this one.

I'm not sure if it's delivering to here or somewhere else if I am looking in the right place from the first two pics.

I think it's got to be for here, cause the truck doesn't look like it's driving down Yonge. It's looks like it stopped and pulled close to the building.
