I think there will be 5 underground floor in total (4 parking levels + concourse level). Besides, from the Arch Plans document, level P4 will have its north-eastern corner unexcavated:

Those are old plans, the latest arch plans doc doesn't show the super-column locations, and quantity.

True, as I have just looked at the most recent plans. Though it does seem like there is still one dashed circle indicating near the north west column. I do agree that could be anything in reality, but looks in similar position as the ones previous. Also, the super column bases look like they haven't changed much which would lead me to believe the structure below would be similar to the previous submission. Just my observation.
