This one escaped my radar ! This is a nice building with it's cream precast columns black trim mirrored window's and all glass mechanical rooftop etc. The corner window view look instead of a column in the way gives the building some class. As seen in the photos up above and in the rendering of this elegant looking building.
 
I'm going to give this a C rating. There are placements where the details up close are messy, and ultimately falls short of buildings in this similar genre, like the Heathview. But overall it's not that bad, I actually thought it would've ended up worse. Location-wise, it'll eventually end up being engulfed within what will become a super dense pocket within the Yonge & Eg node, if not already.
 
Building with a G + C stamp on it that doesn't look as crappy as their other stuff. Something about a broken watch can still be right twice a day...
 
This is easily one of the most handsome residential towers going up in the city right now, but it would kill some people to acknowledge that.

I can't really admit that because the building is not my thing. I'm only going by my initial reaction that I don't find it offensive as say YC Condos.
